Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:


  • Control daytoday operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies
  • Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and adhere to food service safety standards
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members
  • Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs
  • Manage 2025 employees
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 24 years supervisory experience
  • Must pass background check
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
