Who We Are:


NOTE:
This is a best athlete position with IBM; part of the A4C recompete. Expected award in July with a start date of 8/5/24 (new contract is a base + 4 option years). Contingent upon award.


What You'll Do:


  • Coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain Housing governance and programmatic documents (e.g., DAFIs, policies, procedures, standards, staff packages); action plan(s) recommendations; task and inquiry responses; audit responses; issue resolution action plan(s) and training plans and programs under AF/A4C program management oversight.
  • The Contractor shall manage the Housing website.
  • Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g., slides, after action reports, minutes).
  • Coordinate and collaborate with AFIMSC and AFCEC providing SAF/IEI level guidance to develop responses to Congressional and external inquiries and report development.
  • Provide annual inputs for Family Housing (FH) appropriation requirements to support SAF/IEI, DAFwide housing programs.
  • Analyze housing data and reports and develop, coordinate, and implement actions, plans, policies or Business Case Analyses (BCAs) actions under SAF/IEI program management.
  • Analyze existing information platforms and create SAF/IEIR, SAF/IEI and SAF/IE information platform utilizing existing technologies such as Microsoft Teams improve information management in the portfolio to include but not limited to document meeting minutes, action items, key policy materials, congressional repository for inquires and reports to include audits.

What You'll Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' experience related to Government or private sector housing who have the technical ability to analyze processes and to recommend and develop implementation guidance for the Air Force Housing Program to include: Military Family, Unaccompanied and Privatized Housing, General Officer Quarters (GOQs), Housing Referral and Relocation Support Services, LH, and Enterprise Military Housing (eMH).
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.
  • Preferred: Air Force experience

Part-time position (50%).
