Your tasks:


  • Organization of the logistics department
  • Personnel responsibility (e.g. working hours, vacation, training, etc.)
  • Sales disposition (customer appointments)
  • Maintaining PPS system such as bills of materials, work plans, workstations: in connection with logistics
  • Disposition of purchase orders/ procurement
  • Coordinating internal/ external transports
  • Organizing TPM floor conveyors
  • Container management internal/ external
  • Monitoring and optimizing WE/ WA processes
  • Optimizing material flow
  • Change management
  • Planning and conducting employee training/ development
  • Participation in customer/ certification audits and implementation of corrective measures
  • Calculation of logistics costs for offers
  • Customs clearance import/ export
  • Supplier declarations
  • Monitoring/ participation in planned/ spontaneous audits in this area
  • The position is located in Lehrensteinsfeld and Heilbronn

Your profile:


  • You have a degree or further education in the field of logistics
  • You have experience in logistics as a leader
  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • You have a flexible and independent working style as well as team and communication skills
