Seeking an applicant for a long term employment position.
As a receptionist you will assume the duty of clerical support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
Some job duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, accepting client payments, charting, filing, tracking clients and office cleaning.
Must be detailed orientated and able to multi-task.Training period wage is $8.50 per hour and increased once training is completed, typically after 1- 2 weeks. Wages will be based on experience.
Shift Requirements:
Office is hiring Monday-Friday evenings 2pm-9pm and Saturdays as needed from 9-4pm.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange appointments
- File and update contact information of employees and customers
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and replace
- Document charts
- Daily filing
- Track and confirm client appointments
Skills
- Proven work experience as a secretary
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multitasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism
- Proficiency in word
