Gelsenkirchen Reference number: Working hours: Full-time BOOKKEEPER FOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / FINANCE / ACCOUNTING (M/F/D)
YOUR TASKS:
- Ensuring payment transactions, clarification of payment discrepancies and processing of incoming invoices for individual projects
- Data maintenance and administrative filing in various databases
- Preparation of offers and order management according to specifications
- Creation of invoices with SAP S/4 HANA
- General office tasks and commercial support for construction management
YOUR PROFILE:
- Commercial education (e.g. as an industrial clerk / tax clerk (m/f/d)) and possibly further training in the field of finance or accounting
