The Evangelical Lutheran Diaconal Institution in Flensburg is looking for an employee (m/f/d) for the Controlling department.

We are looking for a full-time employee to start as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities:

Preparation of reports and analyses to monitor goal achievement | Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements | Controlling of investment planning and presentation of progress to management | Analysis and collaboration in optimizing operational processes | Preparation of ad-hoc, cost-effectiveness, and investment analyses for various recipients | Calculation, structuring, and support of new projects | Communication and preparation of statistical data for internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:

Completed degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable education with relevant work experience | Experience in controlling in a hospital and knowledge of the PEPP remuneration system is an advantage | Basic knowledge of cost and performance accounting | Strong affinity for numbers, quick understanding of complex relationships, and analytical skills | Communication skills, assertiveness, and teamwork | Proficient in MS Office | Professional demeanor when working with internal and external contacts | Structured and independent work style | Flexible availability in Flensburg and Breklum
