Your friendly demeanor is the first thing our Guests see, and we want you to make it a great lasting impression The Host team member will focus on greeting, and reception, and seating the guest, you also will be expected to provide great customer service.

Your Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a warm, friendly and sincere manner. Provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell upon departure.
Answers phone calls and guest inquiries.
Has full knowledge of the floor plan and seating charts
Manage the day to day reservations, walkin and cancellations/ noshow in the reservation system
Seat guests in accordance to their preferences and under the direction of the Manager on duty.
Responsible for the overall presentation, cleanliness and organization of the assigned guest service areas, such as the coat check, bathrooms, and other guest spaces.
Guides guest to assigned table and ensure their satisfaction.
Take food and drink orders promptly and accurately.
