RESPONSIBILITIES:

Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from inception through resolution. Oversee extensive discovery practice. Regularly manage court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in Delaware.
  • Strong discovery skills.
  • Outstanding research and writing skills.
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
