What will you do?

  • Lead our crosslocation, European engineering team in integrating onboard train control systems in our locomotives.
  • As a technical and disciplinary manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development and expansion of the team, as well as improving the integration process and collaboration with other specialists. Your main goal is to continuously improve cooperation and workflow and enhance performance.
  • As the main point of contact, you will design working methods to incorporate product and project requirements from legal and customer contracts, as well as internal requirements, into our developments. You will also define roles and responsibilities within your crosssite team and set work and development objectives in line with our product strategy.
