We are currently seeking a Freight Forwarder (m/f/d) for our location in Dülmen.


Your responsibilities include...

  • Planning and dispatching national transports with the assigned transport service providers, as well as procuring replacement loading space if needed
  • Monitoring transport execution and monitoring relevant deviations, including communication and escalation to customers and transport service providers if necessary
  • Handling stand fees, transport damages, complaints, and returns
  • Preparing invoices and clarifying billing discrepancies
  • Creating regular reports for the respective clients
  • Continuously working on optimizing work processes.

You bring with you...

  • Completed training as a freight forwarder or a comparable commercial training or experience in the freight forwarding industry
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and IT systems
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Friendliness, communication skills, and a quick grasp
  • Enjoyment of independent work
