Job Summary

Duties

• Answering high volume of calls with professionalism and extreme courtesy. Recording customer requests, dispatching to correct departments and/or scheduling Service. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Type and proofread various documents
• Assist with front desk duties as needed
• Maintain office organization.

Skills -

• Proficient in computerized systems for office tasks
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Familiarity with office procedures and front desk operations
• Ability to proofread documents for accuracy. Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fastpaced environment
