- Do you have your Bachelor in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling and looking to get more experience working in mental health settings?

- Do you have experience working with adults and children in a community-based setting?
- Are you experienced in providing traditional case management services, supportive counseling, teaching skills?

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field OR one-year experience in the behavioral health field for non-related Bachelor's degrees
- Experience working with children, teens and adults in an outpatient setting, interest in working with adults with mental illness and substance use issues
- Experience in provision of care coordination, teaching skills and supportive counseling
- Collaborative and client centered orientation
- Manage a caseload of clients and their diverse needs
- Collaborative team member who is ready to jump in, support our clients and team
- Community outreach experience and interest, occasional ability to transport clients to connect to care
- Familiarity with insurance programs like Medicare and Medicaid
- Spanish and English speaking required.

Your expertise in assisting others in finding and accessing resources, teaching skills, problem solving and wellness skills, will play a crucial role in improving the well-being and resilience of our clients.

You will report to the Program Manager.
