Job Description
Care Coordinators are social services individuals who provide comprehensive, local support to Service Members and Families in the context of a supportive professional relationship.
Care Coordinators meet with Service Members and Families in their homes and in other local settings at times that are convenient for the Service Member and/or family.
Care Coordinators are trained in military culture, coaching and counseling and service coordination and meet the continuing education and/or licensing requirements to maintain their credentials.
Requirements
Must have a current driver's license
Continuing Education:
Care Coordinators shall complete 12 hours per year of relevant clinical training (e.g., PTSD training, MBTI training).
Must speak English fluently
Desired (not required) Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or another Human Service-related field.
