    Job Summary:

    • Enters information into computer to prepare various documents and materials.
    • Performs clerical tasks, verifies information, and assists callers.

    Job Duties:

    • Prepare correspondences, bills, statements, and more through computer input.
    • Process office materials like form letters and envelopes.
    • Verify accuracy of information and issue necessary documents.
    • Assist callers, handle complaints, and operate office equipment.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities.

    Qualifications:

    CLERK I

    High school diploma or GED with six months of related experience.

    CLERK II

    High school diploma or GED with one year of related experience.

    CLERK III

    High school diploma or GED, less than one year of specialized training, and two years of related experience.

    COMPUTER SKILLS

    Proficiency in Accounting, Database, Internet, Inventory, and Word Processing software.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    Valid driver's license required.

    OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Typing speed of 35 words per minute, ability to operate office machines, and professionalism with the public.

    OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

    No sanctions from specified departments related to healthcare or general services.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Dexterity required, occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    Moderate noise level in the work environment.
