Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele in the office and over the phone.
  • Answering calls from current & new clients and helping create employee/client binders.
  • Assist staff with obtaining necessary medical records, authorizations, chart creation/client files and insurance information.
  • Data entry, as assigned, through Microsoft Excel, Word, and our electronic records software.
  • Maintaining a welcoming, clean, and organized client reception area.
  • Monitoring office supply inventory and ordering supplies
  • Maintaining client medical records archival storage

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma: additional certifications are a plus
  • Proven work experience in Customer Service
  • Basic knowledge of fax machines, printers, and computers
  • Fluent English & Spanish proficiency, oral & written.
  • Understanding/knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word preferred)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Organization, multitasking, and timeliness skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • RELIABLE transportation & valid driver's license.

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

In person
