Full job descriptionResponsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele in the office and over the phone.
- Answering calls from current & new clients and helping create employee/client binders.
- Assist staff with obtaining necessary medical records, authorizations, chart creation/client files and insurance information.
- Data entry, as assigned, through Microsoft Excel, Word, and our electronic records software.
- Maintaining a welcoming, clean, and organized client reception area.
- Monitoring office supply inventory and ordering supplies
- Maintaining client medical records archival storage
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma: additional certifications are a plus
- Proven work experience in Customer Service
- Basic knowledge of fax machines, printers, and computers
- Fluent English & Spanish proficiency, oral & written.
- Understanding/knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word preferred)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organization, multitasking, and timeliness skills
- Problem solving abilities
- RELIABLE transportation & valid driver's license.
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
