- Schedule and assign staff shifts for the department.
- Conduct staff reviews.
- Collect and maintain all relevant records and information for the modality.
- Pinpoint workflow oversights and audit workflows for accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain quality control/quality assurance records.
- Schedule and maintain records of machine maintenance, including preventative maintenance
and service. - Maintain up to date technologist credentials for the modality.
- Implement and follow through on training of new personnel.
- Ensure all staff have appropriate company-approved resources.
- Additional Support
- Act as the Liaison between management, support staff, and technologists.
- Travel between locations as needed.
- Attending managerial meetings.
- High school diploma, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; plus 1+ years of related experience and/or training.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer and office skills including knowledge of patient management software, presentation software, spreadsheets, word processing, fax, copying, 10-key adding machine, and multi-line phone system.
- CPT and ICD-10 coding knowledge and management supervisory skills and the ability to train staff in their respective duties.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality for all patient, staff and clinic records.

Job DescriptionSalary: $45/hrImageCare Radiology is looking to hire a full time Lead Technologist with experience in the CT modality for our Hunterdon/Brems office. The schedule for this position will be Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Skilled and organized Lead Technologist with experience in CT, that is a leader within and part of our healthcare team. Assist with performing a combination of various clinical tasks. Administrative responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails as needed, maintaining respective department staff schedules, scheduling appointments as needed, and updating and filing patients' medical records on EMR and/or on site as pertinent to patients' needs. Clinical duties include taking patient medical histories, recording patient vital signs as needed, preparing patients for examination, and assisting the physician during examinations.
