We are growing fast and we need a Personal Injury Paraprofessional who can hit the ground running.

Compensation:

$35 - $40 hourly


Responsibilities:


The Personal Injury Paraprofessional is the primary point of contact representing the law firm to the client, representatives of insurance companies, and medical service providers.

Responsible for processing the case, facilitating property damage and/or bodily injury resolution, and working closely with the legal team on issues.

Major Responsibilities

  • Negotiating prelitigation cases
  • Drafting pleadings
  • Assisting the attorney with litigation
  • Maintains contact with both the client's and the opposing party's insurance companies
  • Responsible for providing clients with regular updates (at least every two weeks) regarding the status of the case

Qualifications:


  • Certified Legal Paraprofessional with the AZ State Bar
  • This is a fulltime job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work in the office for 40 hours per week We need someone who can hit the ground running
  • You must have 3 years of Personal Injury Paraprofessional experience
  • Speaking Spanish is a plus
