Position Overview: As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization by overseeing the accounts receivable cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post customer payments to the appropriate accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer payments and billing issues.
• Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify and manage delinquent accounts.
• Provide support for month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable best practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry billing processes is advantageous.
