In the department - Adoption and Foster Care Services, the position of:

Head of Department
Adoption and Foster Care Services
Social Pedagogue/Social Worker (m/f/d)
or equivalent degree

is to be filled as soon as possible.

We are looking for a colleague who

  • brings professional and life experience (preferably with additional qualifications in counseling)
  • wants to shape and further develop the field of work, including efficient organization of work processes and sustainable cooperation with various youth welfare offices and independent organizations in the field of action
  • plans and carries out the pedagogical offers of the department (specialized days and training weekends for families) together with the team
  • ensures the representation of the organization in various committees
  • is willing to work on cases in addition to the management tasks
