- Greeting customers and answering phone calls regarding service requests.
- Take detailed notes when writing service work orders.
- Cashier customers if they owe money on a service repair.
- Work directly with the service shop to complete needed repairs within promised times, keeping client(s) up to date through the process.
- Work with extended service contracts and insurance companies when needed.
- Valid driver's license.
- Detail oriented.
- Great communication skills.
- Team player
- Knowledge of CDK / ETKA / MYKAARMA is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multitask.

The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, reliable, and consistent with their workmanship. You will be tasked with greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and accurately recording their questions/concerns in our dealer marketing system: CDK.
