    Pharmacy Pricing & Market Solutions Advisor

As a vital member of the Pharmacy Services team, you will be accountable for driving essential Plan initiatives that concentrate on customer growth, retention, and revenue. Your role involves optimizing pricing strategies, gaining a profound understanding of end-to-end assumptions, and enhancing data/modeling capabilities across the Health Plan and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) - all aimed at establishing an economically sustainable healthcare system.

    If you are a data-driven problem solver with a strong interest in healthcare and pharmacy, coupled with in-depth knowledge of end-to-end assumptions and data/modeling capabilities across the Health Plan and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), then this position could be the perfect match.

    Your Contributions to Cambia:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
    • 8+ years of experience with a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM), underwriting, financial, reporting, pricing, rebates, and business data analysis
    • Equivalent combination of education and experience

    Skills and Attributes:

    • Demonstrated detailed knowledge of PBM pricing and concepts
    • Excellent business analysis, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Proficiency and understanding of health plan and PBM underwriting processes and healthcare products
    • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills including proficiency in presentation development and delivery
    • Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and quality
    • Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL, Power BI)

    Your Responsibilities at Cambia:

    • Conduct market research to influence corporate pharmacy pricing strategies and market solutions
    • Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis with meticulous attention to detail
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to develop pharmacy pricing standards and strategies
    • Create compelling business cases to drive concepts from ideation to execution
    • Act as a trusted advisor to inform individual customer retention strategies and renewal quotes
    • Participate in calls with producers and employer groups as needed to explain pricing
    • Provide ad hoc training on pharmacy pricing concepts
