    Doshi & Associates is a family-owned and operated accounting firm. We are looking to add an experienced Staff Accountant to join the team. This position performs various complex professional accounting assignments requiring knowledge of QuickBooks,

    Corporate/Individual

    Tax preparation & Payroll processing

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Reviewing and Preparing Monthly, Quarterly, And Year-end Financial statements.2. Gathering information from clients for the preparation of Corporate and Individual tax returns.3. Process payroll using ADP.4.

    Must be organized, capable of handling multiple tasks at the same time, and be prepared to take on additional responsibilities.5.

    40 hours per week. Between 55-60 hours/week during tax season.6.


    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    Supervise and manage the day-to-day work assignments of associatesReviews work prepared by associates and senior associates and provide review commentsDevelop people along career tracksQualifications:1.

    Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.2. Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a public accounting position.3. Experience with Quickbooks and Ultratax is a plus.
    We are a busy office year-round but with lots of flexibility and you will report directly to the partner.
