Description
As a Teller Supervisor at Bank Iowa, you will be primarily responsible for the overall supervision of the teller team and ensuring a superior client experience.
Works closely with branch management to communicate key information to the branch team regarding changes to bank policies, procedures, products and services.
A Teller Supervisor is generally scheduled to work between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM Monday through Friday and 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays (rotating).
5+ years previous cash handling and/or client experience in a financial institution.~ Ideal candidates will have banking experience, strong customer service focus, ability to listen to customer needs and suggest solutions for those needs, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to learn and utilize multiple computer applications.
