We are currently seeking a Head of Accounting/Finance Manager (m/f/d) for a globally operating, publicly listed corporation in the Halle/Westfalen area.

Your responsibilities:

Managing and developing the accounting team both in terms of disciplinary and professional aspects
Ensuring timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS for the entire corporate group
Overseeing and monitoring accounting processes
Conducting all relevant reporting activities
Handling all taxrelated matters
Providing data, managing, and coordinating external audits
Actively participating in investment and liquidity planning
Working closely with the controlling department
Acting as a point of contact for auditors, banks, and financial authorities
Organizing and optimizing processes within the accounting department

Your profile:

Successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on finance or a completed certification as a certified accountant (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience in a similar leadership position
Detailed knowledge of accounting processes and procedures
