Technology Transfer Officer (m/f/d) with a focus on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Management

to join our team as soon as possible.Your responsibilities

Providing advice to researchers at TUM
Reviewing and negotiating Intellectual Property (IPR) arrangements in third-party contracts
Coordinating with TUM central departments and external partners
Negotiating and enforcing TUM's IPR policy
Raising awareness among TUM inventors about IPR

Your profile

Successfully completed university degree with a strong technical or scientific background
Prior experience in a university or industry setting is advantageous
Experience and knowledge in the field of Intellectual Property and Industrial Property Rights, as well as contract drafting, is desirable
Interest in technological and legal issues
High resilience, flexibility, and initiative
Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor
Interdisciplinary thinking, independent work style, and organizational talent
