Your tasks * Ensure local management of construction work and lead the companies involved in the construction, from the beginning of the work until the end of the warranty period * Ensure the smooth running of the project while maintaining good contact and close communication with the client * Independently develop work schedules, estimates and performance descriptions, as well as manage bids and awards * Monitor the progress of the work and take responsibility for the successful execution of projects.

Your profile * You have at least 7-10 years of professional experience in Switzerland in a construction management position within an architectural firm, general contractor or construction management * You enjoy challenging constructions and have extensive experience in their realization.
