Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a
Senior Program Manager
in the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) which focuses on providing enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases.
This position provides support for the DAF365 Programs. DAF365 provides the USAFs adoption and enhancement of Microsoft Office365 (on-prem and Cloud) for 750K USAF Users. DAF365 capabilities include office productivity suite, collaboration tools, data loss prevention and document management and storage.

MA/MS and 12 years program management experience, 5 of which must be in DoD acquisition
OR
BA/BS and 15 years of program management experience, 5 of which must be in DoD acquisition

GED and 10 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the DoD
OR
20 years of program management experience, 8 of which must be in AF acquisition
EXPERIENCE LEVEL :
MA/MS; BA/BS; GED; or requisite years of experience
JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Advanced DoD acquisition strategy and documentation knowledge to include a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures, and practices.
Identify acquisition strategy issues and propose alternative solutions.?Assist with strategic level issues and ability to work independently as well as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities.
?Possesses proven leadership, team building, strategic planning, and organizational development skills.?
Possesses pertinent experience with an ACAT I level program, including development of new programs with the Acquisition community.?
Possesses pertinent experience in the development of RFP documentation and support of Acquisition Strategy reviews.?
Demonstrated experience in packaging and presenting briefings for senior level reviews.?
Have experience initiating and managing high visibility programs.?
Oversee the efforts of junior and mid-level personnel within the technical/professional discipline.?
