    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled application security architect to join the Security Architecture team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Security Architecture, you will collaborate with software and solution architects, operations, and development teams. Key responsibilities include reviewing application architecture documentation, identifying areas of risk, and ensuring secure application development using your expertise in information security architecture, OWASP, and application security testing tools.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • A thorough understanding of the organization's applications and R&D secure development practices
    • Reviewing and approving the application of secure-by-design principles
    • Creating and reviewing standards aligned with Altus policies
    • Providing technical security leadership to Application Development Squads
    • Assisting with the introduction and implementation of Threat Modelling
    • Collaborating with internal communities to prioritize security in architecture
    • Monitoring and guiding development teams to ensure security awareness
    • Understanding SCA & DAST tools output and aiding developers in risk mitigation
    • Creating and updating security architecture documentation
    • Cooperating with Security GRC to ensure compliance with security standards

    Key Qualifications:

    • A degree in IT, computer science, or related field
    • Advanced IT security certifications are a plus
    • 10+ years of experience in software development security roles
    • Strong knowledge of security risks in software architecture
    • Ability to communicate secure coding principles to developers
    • Understanding of OWASP principles
    • Experience with threat modelling and development security tools
