We are searching for a talented motivated and highly detailed Catering Supervisor to join our team to help in the planning & execution of amazing experiences for the FIFA World Cup Premium Hospitality Programs.As a Catering Supervisor you oversee day-to-day operations across all lounges in venue for both commercial and invited guests ensuring consistent service standards supports effective communication between clients catering staff and venue leadership.
The role is responsible for managing lounge readiness monitoring product usage maintaining accurate daily KPI tracking in alignment with tournament and venue standards.
You will support Venue Operations & Catering teams by performing certain tasks whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as overseeing daily operations of premium lounges ensuring all catering services are executed to highest standard complete maintain daily KPI tracking worksheets capturing product movement service metrics operational notes for reporting serve primary on-the-floor contact lounge clients responding quickly service needs resolving issues escalating concerns when necessary mitigate operational challenges coordinating with catering teams runners back-of-house support ensure smooth service throughout each match day communicate key updates challenges insights Venue Catering Manager providing clear timely reporting ensure lounge setups meet premium standards including product presentation cleanliness readiness prior event uphold all venue tournament safety policies throughout operations
Qualifications
3-5 years experience catering or hospitality industry focus multi-unit operations staff leadership Bachelor's degree Restaurant Management Hospitality Management Food Service related field equivalent combination education training hands-on experience Proficient Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Acrobat Zoom DocuSign Smartsheet manage administrative operational workflows efficiently Exceptional organizational process management skills proven ability follow structured procedures maintain operational consistency maintains composure under pressure consistently delivering high performance sound decision-making fast-paced deadline-driven environments strong interpersonal communication negotiation skills resolving conflicts collaborating diverse teams reliable excellent time management strong work ethic proactive motivated approach responsibilities flexibility positive attitude long days evenings weekends holidays when necessary Occasionally lift move up 20 lbs reasonable accommodation modify country form measurement Ability remain standing position extended periods except sitting permitted law reasonable accommodation required Conversational English minimum Legally able work no sponsorship assistance United States Ability pass Accreditation processJob description
