What You'll Do
Non-Surgery Days:
- The priority task is the patients who are scheduled, making sure the schedule runs on time and as smoothly as possible, coordinating exam rooms per pt and turnover of rooms, making sure all correct photos are taken, paperwork is prepared for each respective patient, send them the Zoom links if needed, etc.
- Confirm appts for the next 23 days (if not done already)
- Call and confirm the scheduled surgery for the following day, also make sure the chart is all taken care of and organized as it needs to be
- Prepare and compile any paperwork, preop bags, lab requisitions etc that patients will need (since we see a lot of preops on these days)
- Assist Dr. in the rooms if needed (for injectable patients, adding on consents, etc)
Surgery Days:
- Confirm schedules for ST, nurses, anesthesia
- Send reminder texts to upcoming surgical patients re: labs, meds, etc.
- Confirm appts for the week if not done already
- Insurance verifications
- Scheduling and rescheduling patients as needed
- Following up with patients about reviews, progress photos, rescheduling their appts (if they don't reply the first time around etc)
- Assist in the OR as needed
- Restock rooms and request lowstock supplies to be ordered
- Prepare charts, lab requisitions, paperwork for upcoming preop patients and surgeries
- Edit any consent forms or instruction packets (if needed)
- Prepare supplies in advance: Ziploc baggies that we put in preop bags that include tape, gauze, gloves, syringes, Q-Tips; postop baggies that have tape, instructions
- Prepare Cipro abx soaks + cotton balls for current surgery patient
- Print out photos for the following day's surgery patient
- Conduct any appts that need to be done, like 6 week phone calls, postops, phone preops, Zooms for taping, etc.
- Other misc. tasks like cleaning, organizing, stocking fridge, putting away packages/boxes, ordering oxygen or cartilage, etc.
What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree
- A current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is
a plus
years of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting, preferably in a cosmetic surgery or dermatology practice -
Is a plus:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, physicians, and other medical staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $23 $25/ hour
- This is a fulltime, longterm position.
- The position is immediately available.

- Beverly Hills, CA.
- 8:305pm (Monday-Thursday) 8:30am3:30pm (Friday)
