We are looking for a CNC miller, machining mechanic or CNC turner (m/f/d) for a medium-sized company in the metal industry, specializing in customers from the aviation, automotive, electrical, mechanical engineering and medical technology sectors. The position is temporary with the goal of permanent employment.

Your responsibilities

  • Independent setup and operation of DMG 3 and 5-axis milling centers with loading systems
  • Setting up, programming and modifying CAM and Haidenhain programs
  • Preparation of work, such as loading of robot systems
  • Tool identification and control, as well as adjustment of cutting data
  • Thorough quality control of manufactured parts according to drawings
  • Working with PCs and tablets for paperless production reporting

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed technical apprenticeship as a machining or industrial mechanic
  • (Several years of) experience in the metal industry and with CNC lathes
  • Knowledge of Haidenhain control systems is an advantage
