- Reviewing Work: Evaluate submissions by accountants, offering guidance, training, and feedback as needed.
- Problem Solving: Apply accounting principles, analytical skills, and industry knowledge to resolve issues creatively and effectively, exercising appropriate judgment.
- Implementing Control Procedures: Establish and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Producing Ad-hoc Reports: Generate accurate and timely reports from multiple data sources, interpreting and summarizing results effectively.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Participate in projects involving multiple departments, understanding business changes and articulating accounting guidelines to support efforts.
- Documentation and Communication: Identify, document, and communicate the impact of new programs or system changes on existing accounting processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- At least 10 years relevant experience required.

- Increases productivity by developing automated updates to actuals and forecast models for dynamic inputs by business partner assumptions. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Experience loading financial planning software and variance analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and sub-modules, as well as the ability to manipulate and manage large volumes of data.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting regulations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for documentation, reporting, and collaboration across departments
