General Manager of Catering & Beverage Services to lead our team at a potential new sale in
Irvine, California. This high profile
General Manager will be responsible for the full service
Executive Conference Center located just 5 minutes from Orange County and John Wayne County Airport. This GM will be responsible for the daily operations of the corporate training and conference centers this venue features14 private, distraction-free meeting rooms that are equipped with high quality audio/visual equipment as well as flexible furniture layouts to accommodate all types of meetings from social events to conference catering services.

high profile conference/banquet/catering management experience

a strong understanding of financials

P&Ls, controllable and noncontrollable expenses

- strong communication skills - working with client and administration
- experience hiring, training, and motivating a high performing team of managers, supervisors and front line staff across various disciplines and operating departments including; Food & Beverage, Catering, Conference Services & Audiovisual Technology
- previous experience in
Event & Space Management:

proven expertise in fostering relationships with executive level

- experience managing complex presentation technologies including video conferences and broadcasts
- strong hospitality, customer care skills and background
- team leader with exceptional motivational skills
- ability to work flexible schedules
- experience with bar services with TIPS certification a plus
