    Job Title: Manager ofFinancial Planning and Analysis

    Location:Salt Lake City, Utah

    Compensation:Up to $160K base + bonus + potential equity

    The Kostelic Agency, in partnership with a prominent force in the services industry, is excited to announce a job opportunity for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

    Our client, one of the fastest-growing service companies in the nation, is seeking a Manager of FP&A to join their team. They have a strong foothold in their industry and have seen remarkable organic and inorganic growth. They exceeded their FY2023 revenue projections of $2B, and this year, FY2024, they are projected to reach $2.5B in annual revenues.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and grow a team in a miniature CFO capacity, driving the ethos for how the financial operations and organization run. You will also help establish and execute finance and budgeting activities for the region.

    This role reports into and will have the support of their CFO, who has an incredible Investment Banking and Private Equity background. It will report on a dotted line to the President, who has been in this industry for decades. Both will guide and mentor you as you grow in the role. This is an expansive position with excellent & proven growth opportunities, and now is a great time to join the company.

    Qualifications/ Skills required

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar, related field
    • 6+ years of progressive experience
    • Preference given to any of the following: Public Accounting foundation, Private Equity, Investment Banking
    • Solid background of efficiencies, improvements, etc.
    • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
    • Management skills/ experience growing/ building a team
