'''Duties'''- Manage and maintain office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain calendars and schedule management for staff members
- Oversee office supplies and inventory, ordering as needed
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and directing calls
- Coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs
- Accept payment and preauthorize patients on different insurance plans
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience in vendor management is preferred
- Experience in working with insurance companies and managing a medical office preferred
