• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
• Maintain calendars and schedule management for staff members
• Oversee office supplies and inventory, ordering as needed
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and directing calls
• Coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs
• Accept payment and preauthorize patients on different insurance plans

• Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience in vendor management is preferred
• Experience in working with insurance companies and managing a medical office preferred
