Responsibilities:


  • Professional and proactive support for the HR department manager in daily operations
  • Scheduling and monitoring appointments, managing calendars, and performing general administrative tasks
  • Conducting HR projects, creating evaluations and reports, and preparing presentations
  • Organizing, conducting, and following up on meetings
  • Travel management (planning, booking, and preparing necessary documents and expense reports)
  • Central coordination for organizational and administrative questions within the HR department
  • Internal and external communication in German and English

Profile:


  • Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience as an assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels
  • Strong team orientation and high intercultural competence
  • Independent and responsible action and commitment
  • Good analytical thinking skills and ability to manage projects effectively
  • Confident and friendly demeanor, team orientation, high reliability, and loyalty
  • Excellent knowledge of all MS Office applications and very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
