Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a
Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and hiring top talent for our commercial teams (Sales, CSM, etc.) across all markets.

Your responsibilities
-
Reporting & Process improvement - create reports that demonstrate TA performance and insights. Collaborate with your team and manager to identify and implement opportunities for experimentation and improvement.

Stakeholder management - respond promptly and effectively to stakeholder inquiries, and ensure they have all the necessary information to support your interviewing and hiring efforts. Build strong and sustainable relationships with team leaders and interviewers.

About you

We believe you'll need the following _

You are fluent in English and ideally in German (C1-C2)
