    Summary
    The Executive Chef is the leader in the kitchen, directing and managing cooks and other kitchen workers. The Executive Chef ensures that all food production workers are performing their duties as prescribed by the quality standards. In this position you will have the opportunity build your own team while increasing the standards.

    Responsibilities
    • Train and develop high performing teams
    • Ensure quality, presentation, and consistency
    • Maintain/establish pars for ordering and prep to reduce waste and increase the quality
    • Works side by side with all kitchen team members
    • Manages safety and sanitation practices
    • Meets or exceeds food cost budgets
    • Meets or exceeds labor budgets
    • Ensures other controllable costs are within budget
    • Audits product to ensure there is no loss

    Qualifications
    • Degree in Culinary Arts
    • Experience as Executive Chef
    • Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
    • ServSafe Certified
