Elite Health Care is a vibrant, nurse owned Home Health Agency that is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients. We are seeking a
Registered Nurse (RN) with a positive and professional attitude to join our team. We use online documentation. We will provide a username and password for hired applicants.

Start of Care OASIS E are paid at $150.00 per visit.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Performs comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
  • Develops and/or follows an individualized Plan of Care that incorporates analysis of data and current scientific findings.
  • Teaching skills according to the client's needs and within the context of the client's environment, value system, and physical/emotional status.
  • Medication administrations.
  • Documents legibly and according to agency documentation guidelines and standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Necessary Qualifications:


  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience.
  • Current driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • CPR/ACLS certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Home Health experience
