Description:

Finch AI is seeking an experienced Agile Facilitator to guide our development teams towards improving the way they work, within the fast-paced and ever-evolving AI industry.

This role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, facilitating agility in a hybrid environment, and driving the successful execution of our projects.

As the first dedicated Agile Team Facilitator within our organization, you will play a crucial role in embedding agile practices across our teams, assisting in story writing, leading Agile ceremonies, and ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to influence our products' success in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Director of Agile Practices to develop and implement strategies that enhance productivity and ensure Agile best practices are adopted across teams.
• Coach the team in Agile on principles and practices, help them understand and implement Agile methodologies in the daytoday operations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure effective execution in alignment with Agile principles.
• Remove impediments that obstruct the team's ability to achieve their goals, facilitating discussion and conflict resolution.
• Promote a culture of feedback and open communication, encouraging team members to voice their ideas and concerns.
• Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization efforts.
• Track and report the team's progress, ensuring the projects are following the agreedupon timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, ideally within the technology or AI sector.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to coach teams to reach their highest potential.
• Highly adaptable in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work under mínimal supervision.
