In the beginning of 2020 RefurbishBox was founded to solve global issues associated with customer returns in retail industry.

Thanks to our team's experience in a wholesale trading and integrated reverse logistics, we have been able to establish ourselves among our international clients as an integral link of their value chain.

Job responsibilities:
inspect, clean, refurbish products, and replace accessories, packaging, etc. according to the company's operation manual and operating procedures.


Required Skills / Abilities:

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

Strong attention to details

Ability to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers and management

Ability to work as part of a team and offer assistance to teammates when necessary

Work hours
:
Mon. - Fri.; 9:00 am-5:30 pm.


Job requirements:

Experience in organizing and cleaning is preferred (we provide training if there is no work experience), comply with company rules, have a team spirit, be honest and kind, have a good work attitude and sense of responsibility, and complete work objectives set by the manager in terms of quantity and quality.

Perform inspection, refurbish, replace and clean product as needed.

Follow company's procedures to ensure quality and service is top notch

Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work

Prolonged periods of sitting and standing, ability to up lift 30 lbs
