Responsibilities:

In your role, you will be responsible for independently creating simulation models based on predetermined planning documents such as layouts, processes, and quantity structures.
You will conduct static availability analyses for plant equipment as a basis for dynamic simulation models.
You will independently optimize production processes through simulation and define protection circuit allocations.
You will be responsible for the dimensioning and optimization of plant decouplings.
You will simulate with various control logics such as sequencing and Kanban.
You will create simple components to represent simulation processes.
You will be responsible for evaluating, documenting, and presenting simulations.
You will independently create or optimize plant layouts based on project planning and simulation results.

Profile:

You have a degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field, or a comparable background.
You have several years of professional experience in body construction or tool construction in the automotive industry.
You are experienced in Plant Simulation or similar tools.
You have experience with control processes for factory operations in industrial plants.
