Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supports the Soccer Operations Manager, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Head Coach to oversee communication with the club's Technical, Medical, Administrative, and Operation staff.
  • Supports Management on player relations, administrative correspondence, and cooperation with the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
  • Supports organization of all team travel (including flights, meals, parking and transportation, and itineraries), and accompanies the team to away games.
  • Builds strong relationships with the Soccer operation staff from the NWSL teams
  • Supports the Soccer Operation Manager who serves as the main point of contact for visiting teams, including updating the visiting team guide and coordinating and communicating travel times, training, equipment, and other needs.
  • Assists as onsite game day administrative and operations contact for coaches, player captains, and officials.
  • Coordinates and manages locker room inventory and coordinates office supplies orders and other needs for players and coaches.
  • Supports coordination and oversight of the administration of preseason tryouts, trialists, or replacement players with the League
  • Supports the Player Experience manager in the daytoday business
  • Supports the player experience manager with the player experience in coordinating the accommodation and transportation for trialists.
  • Facilitates preseason processes, including coordinating and communicating player arrivals and ensuring access to all resources, practical and team needs, housing, and credentials.
  • Supports oversight of the stadium schedule (SeatGeek), locker room moves and equipment transport onsite, offsite, and during travel.
  • Coordinates gameday chaplain procedures for home games. Coordinate set up and tear down each locker room for the home team, visiting team, and officials on game day.
  • Assists in establishing and perfecting workflow and information flow systems within the soccer operation department.
  • Attends all home games and travels with the team to away games.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience
  • Familiar with professional sports team environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to exercise tasks, discretion, and good judgment.
  • Availability to work after office hours, weekends, and occasional holidays
