Talent Advisor- Tucson, Az - ATI Physical Therapy

Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to understand ATI business objectives and the resources needed to support these goals for our clinics and functional support centers.
- Provide logístical support with scheduling interviews, travel, and office visits.
- Partner with HR Business Partners in finalizing and creating employment offers.
- Coordinate onboarding with all relevant departments to ensure seamless transaction for new hires.
- Assist with the documentation needed for the completion of the preemployment process, as needed.
- Advise leadership throughout the recruitment process.
- Seek feedback on the overall hiring process with a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred:
- Master's Degree
Required:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in recruiting
- Prior working experience in an ATS
Preferred:
- Healthcare recruitment experience
- Prior experience with CRM
- Business acumen needed to understand business goals and translate into recruitment goals
- Strong project management skills
- Strong presentation skills in informal and formal settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Required knowledge of Microsoft office and ATS tools
