    Description
    We're seeking an Entry Level Client Service Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences

    Responsibilities:
    Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service, educating customers on the benefits of our clients' products.
    Create a unique customer service experience at in-field marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and foster customer loyalty.
    Coordinate and execute strategic in-field marketing campaigns relevant to the region to drive client revenue growth.
    Develop and maintain relationships with clientele and the sales team to facilitate brand expansion.
    Support management in ensuring campaigns align with marketing plans, meeting timelines, budgets, and scope requirements.

    Requirements:
    Experience in retail, restaurant/food service, hospitality, sales, field sales, field marketing, or product demonstrations is an asset.
    Understanding of marketing and sales fundamentals, including product positioning, pricing, market research, and distribution, is preferred.
    Ability to engage with existing customers and marketing teams to enhance customer exposure to client products and services.
    Strong presentation skills with adaptability to various audiences.
    Self-starter with an outgoing and results-oriented personality.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
