    Your Impact

    Joining the IT Go-to-Market Tools and Systems team means collaborating directly with key decision-makers and business owners to grasp their challenges. This role allows you to witness firsthand the positive outcomes your contributions can bring to the client's success.

    As a CPQ Solution Architect, you will be the go-to expert for Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote projects. Your responsibilities include managing client deliveries, proposals, exploring new business opportunities, and knowledge management. You will focus on understanding requirements and developing high-quality solutions that align with client needs.

    Your Qualifications

    • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience, with at least 3 years leading Salesforce CPQ projects as a Solution Architect.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into functional user stories and design scalable solutions using Salesforce CPQ and related Salesforce products and 3rd party apps.
    • Proven track record of successful system implementations with high stakeholder satisfaction.
    • Skilled in adapting to changing priorities, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Proficient in leading solution recommendations or improvements through new technology or alternative uses of existing tech.
    • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end development of integration solutions, from conceptualization to post-launch support.
    • Experienced in Salesforce back-end development, including designing data models, strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL, and utilization of web technologies.
    • Efficiently bridge the gap between users, vendors, and the app development team.

    Nice to Haves

    • Familiarity with Advanced Approvals, Salesforce Communities, Salesforce Billing, and proposing CPQ solutions.
    • Prior experience in projects involving integration with Workday.
    • Functional understanding of 3rd Party Apps such as Document generation tools like Conga, Contract Lifecycle Management, and e-signature solutions like DocuSign.
    • Proficiency in Agile or Agile-hybrid methodologies.
    • Conducting comprehensive training and documentation for end-users and CPQ admin users.
    • Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Community Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I, Data Architecture and Management Designer, Sharing and Visibility Designer, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer.
