    What are we looking for?

    People passionate about designing comprehensive technological solutions that meet the specific needs of clients or an organization. This person MUST be located in the USA.

    Required Qualifications / Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics.
    • 7+ years of experience implementing any supply chain Advanced Planning Solutions like o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, E2Open, etc.
    • Certified as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or has completed all requirements for Kinaxis Solution Architect certification.
    • Firsthand experience in leading a team through at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of a supply chain planning solution including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, testing, go-live/cutover, hyper care, and value realization.
    • Experience in Agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise solutions. Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

    Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

    • Advanced Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics.
    • Thorough understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, etc.), KPIs, and best practices in supply chain planning.
    • Experience presenting on complex topics in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
    • Strong analytical skills, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large volumes of data.
    • Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks.
    • Ability to communicate mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited background/knowledge on the subject.
    • Ability to drive and work in cross-functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones and across multiple hierarchy levels.
    • Experience leading a project team in a project client environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Ensure that business processes developed from business/data requirement documentation adhere to industry best practices and align with client objectives and business model.
    2. Oversee the collection and analysis of necessary data from various sources.
    3. Support engagement partners and managers with capability listings, and effort estimates to define project scope, timelines, and execute signoffs with customers.
    4. Perform detailed discovery sessions with business users to understand and document RapidResponse configuration requirements, including the customers' supply chain network, operating model, system landscape, planning processes, as well as objectives and targets for Kinaxis implementation.
    5. Translate business requirements into Kinaxis RapidResponse software specifications, following supply chain industry trends and best practices.
    6. Select standard functionalities in RapidResponse and design data model changes, solution configuration, and customizations.
    7. Lead solution blueprinting and detailed design activities.
    8. Assign configuration tasks to project members according to their skills, review deliverables, and track completion.
    9. Apply advanced mathematical models to address customer requirements.
    10. Understand Supply Chain Industry trends and benchmark customers' performance against the same.
    11. Support data management and data integration activities, including source systems data transformation, data loading into RapidResponse, data cleanup, and validation.
    12. Support services sales opportunities working with the Account Executives and Client Partners.
    13. Support customer and project team on Quality Control/Quality Assurance practices to the configured solution, including executing unit test scripts and supporting the execution of end-to-end tests and user acceptance tests.
    14. Support troubleshooting and resolution of solution issues.
    15. Assess project performance and document lessons learned to increase institutional knowledge. Ensure the solutions team adheres to Kinaxis methodologies and quality standards.
