    Description

    The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Sr. Director of Operations and for the success of the programs by assisting with day-to-day operations. This role will help ensure that the department and any projects are being administered efficiently, accurately, and timely.

    Provides administrative and logistical support to Sr. Director of Operations including meeting arrangements, progress tracking for monthly, quarterly, or annual tasks, projects & activities, and other items to ensure all are on schedule.

    Performs routine analyst activities which includes data retrieval, preparation of various invoice reports or statements along financial reports supporting all programs which requires the use of calculations, functions, charts and data tools within Excel or other software tools.

    Initiates member emails or calls to provide essential account management services, such as member payment status or delinquency, promote new or existing services & enhancements offered under the programs, or support delivery of required notifications.

    Addresses routine day-to-day problems and coordinates or assists with members to obtain satisfactory resolutions.

    Carries out administrative duties specifically for the Risk and Workers Compensation programs regarding new and renewal accounts, risk assessments, claim reporting and program analytics which may include the computation of rates, premiums, etc.

    Assists with database or system administration tasks, including data input, reporting and user support.

    Processes or reviews mail, invoices, employee expense reports, reimbursements, and other requests or correspondence.

    Provides administrative and support to the Sr. Director of Operations & programs as assigned.
