Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and checkin patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic medical record systems
  • Collect and update patient information, including medical records and insurance details
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department
  • Assist with medical administrative support tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a medical office or receptionist is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical administrative procedures and patient service principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Job Classificaiton and Work Hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturdays as needed
  • Fulltime (40 hours per week), nonexempt

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
