Equity Maintenance Group (EMG) is actively seeking a part-time porter to work during the week and weekends in Orange and Osceola Counties.

About EMG
We are looking for a part-time porter to work weekends in the Deltona area.


Job Duties:

• General grounds keeping. Trash pickup Emptying out trash cans Disposal of bulk trash Window cleaning Blowing sidewalks, Dusting windows, overhangs and fixtures. Disposing of trash in medians, driveways and common areas. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or tenants.

Qualifications:

• Prior Porter, Custodial, and Janitorial experience required
• Adhere to safety at all times
• Attention to detail Must be reliable

Requirements:

• Must have a clean driving record and reliable vehicle

Must be able to work outside
Must be able to pass a background check
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Must be able to lift 50lbs
